The Logan Fire Company is bringing back its Independence Day Parade after a 2 year hiatus for its 48th installment. Fire apparatus, music, dance / twirl groups, and any others wishing to participate are welcome for no fee. Contact email@example.com. The parade will run from Bellefonte High School west on Bishop Street, north on Allegheny Street, and west on High Street to Talleyrand Park where there will be music and awards.

Join the Bellefonte Community Band and the State College Area Municipal Band for an afternoon of American classics to celebrate Independence Day. The program will feature selections from composers including Irving Berlin John Phillip Sousa, as well as modern renditions of patriotic songs like "America, the Beautiful" and "My Country 'Tis of Thee"

Join State College Young Professionals (SCYP) for our July Sips social at Doggie’s Pub! Appetizers/Food will be provided, and drinks will be up to you! It’s no secret that State College is a transient town. We understand it can be difficult to socialize and feel close to the community. SCYP creates a welcoming environment for all young professionals.
Our members are typically between the ages of 22 and 45, but we do not have an age requirement.

About Sips:Sips is a chance for you to network with new folks, catch up with old friends, and learn about the many upcoming SCYP events (there’s always loads!). Bring your friends or co-workers with you, it’s a great time for all.
NON-MEMBERS:Not a member? Just want to test drive SCYP for a night? Stop on by! Non-members may attend Sips for 8 dollars! Participate in a Sips and you’ll get a chance to meet with current members, board members, and see what SCYP can offer you. By the end of Sips if you would like to become a member, you may apply your 8 dollars to the cost of your membership!

Northern Appalachian Film Collective will hold 4 events in their summer series. All events are free to the public. 7/9, 7/30, 8/20 and 9/10. Our 8/20 event will feature a fundraiser for Children with disabilities at Oklahoma school.All Rock 'n Reel events - Gates open at 4pm, Live music 5pm to dusk, Independent Films from dusk to 11.There will be arts & crafts, food and drink vendors.
