Subramanyam "Subu" Vedam, the State College man who was released from prison after his conviction for first-degree murder was overturned last year, only to be taken into ICE custody, could soon be released from the Moshannon Valley Processing Center.
Geisinger Healthplex State College finished expansions in early 2025. Since then, the Pennsylvania Department of Health designated the location a "hospital outpatient clinic" of the Geisinger Lewistown hospital, meaning patients could get facility fees.
