Hillary Clinton took a few questions from reporters this week for the first time in nearly one month. She also said that she wants the State Department to quickly release work-related emails that she sent using her private home server.

In a television interview, Marco Rubio struggled to explain whether he would have invaded Iraq as president.

Meanwhile, Rand Paul spoke for nearly 11 hours on the Senate floor against the bulk collection of phone records by the National Security Agency, as bills to reform the surveillance program go up for a vote.
