Arizona Rep. Matt Salmon (@RepMattSalmon) says he likes all of President-elect Donald Trump’s cabinet picks so far, and he thinks Trump sent a strong message to China by speaking with Taiwan’s president.

The Republican lawmaker says he also believes Trump will be pragmatic on immigration, and will find “solutions that actually work” instead of building a wall. He added that Republicans should hold Trump’s feet to the fire if he seeks to expand presidential power through executive orders.

Salmon joins Here & Now‘s Jeremy Hobson to discuss the Trump transition, and his upcoming retirement from Congress at the end of this year.
