Central Pennsylvania native songwriters come together to share songs, stories, and harmonize with one another. Look forward to an intimate evening with three of the area’s most well-known singer-songwriters.
For over twenty years, award-winning songwriter Hannah Bingman has been writing and performing her folk/blues compositions at venues along the east coast. Bingman has released three studio albums, a live album, and various digital singles, and has opened for artists such as Kaki King, Michael Glabicki, Jeffrey Gaines, the Infamous Stringdusters, and more.
Sharing her songwriting as Raven and the Wren, Natalie Race connects with her listeners through lyrics laced with the deepest themes of the human experience; the fragility of life, death, and the inevitable heartaches and heartbreaks they bear. With two young children, Natalie remarks on the truly unique spectrum of emotions that only motherhood can furnish. Leading her through sobriety, empowerment and self-love, she has documented it all, the way she does best – through song.
Laura Boswell exhibits a poetic and technical depth that has garnered comparisons to Joni Mitchell, Norah Jones, and Nick Drake. She writes intimate folk music with classical influence that Asheville’s Mountain Xpress described as “chamber-folk.” Along with being a singer-songwriter, Laura has a degree in classical guitar performance and studied piano from a young age. She views music as a bridge to human connection and vulnerability, as well as a powerful tool for fostering community. A Central Pennsylvania native, Laura now calls Western North Carolina home.

Kids of all ages are invited to a FREE event with a full hour of music by Atwater-Donnelly presented just to them.
The highly praised husband-wife duo blends gorgeous vocals with an astounding array of instruments including the mountain dulcimer, old-time banjo, tin whistle, guitar, mandolin, harmonica, limberjacks, feet and more.
Every summer, South Hills puts on its World of Opportunity Concert Series. And this year, the Moonshiners are joining the line up.
The outdoor stage is awesome (and we can always move inside if it rains) so grab some lawn chairs or a blanket & maybe pack a picnic, and wind down your weekend with the Moonshiners.
Join us for a high-spirited evening of traditional American and Celtic folk music and dance along with original songs and poetry. Event is outdoors - bring your own chairs.

The people have chosen..so much so that The People's Choice Festival has outgrown the friendly confines of the Shrine in Boalsburg. Its new home, at the Grange Fairgrounds, not only gives the festival more breathing room, it's already bigger and better than ever this year, with all sorts of new offerings.
And though the Moonshiners won't be playing under the backdrop of their namesake mountain, they're still thrilled the People's Choice is back & that they're a part of it!
