If you’ve been grocery shopping lately, you may have noticed that cauliflower is getting pretty expensive. The price hike is actually due to a cauliflower shortage, brought on by cold weather in California’s Imperial Valley and near Yuma, Arizona, where the vegetable is mainly grown in the U.S.
