ISIS and Kurdish fighters are still battling over the Syrian town of Kobani, but the town is also in an international tug of war.
Human rights groups warn a blood bath will ensue if ISIS overtakes the Kurds, but Turkey — which has long battled a Kurdish separatist movement — is refusing to get involved to save the Kurds, until certain demands are met.
