Obama Unveils Veterans Mental Health, Housing Measures

Speaking at the American Legion National Convention this afternoon, President Obama announced executive actions to improve veterans mental healthcare and housing, a day after a draft report from the Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General found no proof that delays in health care lead to the deaths of veterans at a VA hospital in Phoenix.
