Wall Street Flying High: Dow Nudges Above 23,000 For First Time

The Dow Jones industrial average surpassed 23,000 for the first time Tuesday. President Trump has celebrated his role in the stock market’s growth since the election, but its acceleration has also stirred fears that the country is approaching the end of another bubble.
