The Supreme Court’s first term with Justice Neil Gorsuch came to a close this week. Gorsuch, who was nominated by President Trump, issued opinions on cases regarding free speech and freedom of religion that indicate he is at least as conservative as his predecessor, the late Justice Antonin Scalia.
