HIV And AIDS Is A Growing Problem In The South

The HIV/AIDS epidemic in the U.S. isn’t the crisis it was in ’80s and ’90s. Testing and treatment options have improved, but people are still dying from the disease, especially in the South. For example, Atlanta’s metro area has one of the highest rates in the country for new diagnoses.
