Counterterrorism Efforts Shift To Address 'Lone Wolf' Attacks

Three so-called “lone wolf” terror attacks in Canada and New York last week reflect what some experts call a growing trend in terrorism that’s causing counterterrorism officials to shift focus.

John Cohen, a professor at Rutgers University’s Institute for Emergency Preparedness and Homeland Security, is the former counterterrorism coordinator at the Department of Homeland Security. He joins Here & Now’s Robin Young to discuss what can be done to avert lone wolf terror attacks.
