North Korea Defiant After Latest Missile Test

Kim Jong Un vowed today he will never subject his weapons program to negotiations. The hard line follows condemnations issued by the U.S., Japan and South Korea for North Korea’s latest missile test, its first intercontinental ballistic missile.
