ISIS And The Growing Terror Threat In Southeast Asia

ISIS may be losing territory in Iraq and Syria, but it’s gaining ground elsewhere in the world. Right now, ISIS is fighting a bloody insurgency in the Philippines, in the city of Marawi, which is on a southern island.
