In the United States, about 33 percent of young adults earn a 4-year college degree by age 27. The push in recent few years has centered around encouraging every young person in America to go to college as the pathway to the middle class. But some experts say we place too much emphasis on a college education and that career and technical schools provide another pathway to success.
