This morning in Washington, senators reached a deal that could pave the way for a vote as early as this week on Loretta Lynch’s nomination to become the first female African-American attorney general. What broke the logjam was an agreement on abortion funding, tucked into a bill on human trafficking. NPR’s Ailsa Chang joins Here & Now’s Robin Young with details.
