The Bellefonte Area School District held a ribbon-cutting and open house Wednesday for its new $55.3 million elementary school, giving families their first full look inside before classes begin Sept. 1.

Bodhi Spiegel, a Penn State student and intern at WPSU, visited Tait Farm Christmas Trees to capture the sounds of the season and the tradition of choosing a tree together.
