Take Note: Innocence Project Director On Working To Free The Wrongly Convicted

Seth Miller, executive director of the Innocence Project of Florida.

Seth Miller is the Executive Director of The Innocence Project of Florida, a non-profit that aims to free wrongfully convicted and incarcerated people. He is also President of the Innocence Network, a collection of more than 70 innocence organizations around the world. Miller discusses what it takes to free wrongfully convicted people from behind bars and how he works to reform the criminal justice system.

Miller previously served as an attorney with the American Bar Association Death Penalty Moratorium Implementation Project and with the First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee, Florida.  He graduated from the Florida State University College of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Penn State.
