Wellness Wednesday: Beginner-friendly Yoga and Meditation

Take time to connect your mind, body, and spirit to the Earth. During this program, participants will be guided in beginner friendly yoga and meditation, allowing them to slow down and tune in to the natural world. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you! There will be a limited number of mats available to borrow if you do not have one.
Kristin is an RYT 500 yoga teacher and wellness expert with over 20 years of experience. Specializing in vinyasa and yoga fusion, she integrates elements from her background in athletics, dance, and various certifications, including aerial yoga, Pilates, and strength training. With a foundation in science education, Kristin empowers participants through engaging workshops that delve into the "why" and "how" of movement, fostering physical awareness and deeper connections to the body.

How To Prepare:
Bring a yoga mat if you have one. A limited number will be available to borrow. Sturdy shoes and a water bottle are recommended. Sunscreen and insect protection are also recommended.
