This is a 5 or 10K race showcasing The Bald Eagle Valley Trail (BEVT). The race course will be along the BEVT. There are three age groups (12 yrs and under, 13- 55 yrs and over 55 yrs) with a male and female winner in each age group. Winners will have their choice from homemade pies, cakes and cookies. Early registrants are assured of an exclusive Friends of the Bald Eagle Vally Trail tee shirt. All participants will be entered in a drawing for $10.00 gift cards to local businesses.
This race kicks off the annual Castanea Day festivities. There will be craft vendors, informational booths, entertainment for the entire family.
