Minerals Junior Education Day will be held Saturday, April 5. It's the Nittany Mineralogical Society's main education event of the year for students in grades 1-8 and their parents. It will be held again at Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology (CPI Vo-Tech), 540 North Harrison Road, Pleasant Gap, PA 16823. Topics will include fossils, caves, gemstones, fluorescence, and more. Kids will get specimens to take home!
