A panel of federal judges has set a Friday deadline for all concerned parties to weigh in on what to do with North Carolina’s legislative districts. The judges ruled earlier this week that the districts were unconstitutionally gerrymandered to benefit Republicans, and that they may need to be redrawn before November.
