Three weeks after Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico, 40 percent of the island is still without running water.

Here & Now‘s Jeremy Hobson talks with Ryan Mann-Hamilton, a volunteer who is a member of an informal coalition of people bringing filtration systems and clean water to island residents.
