General Arrives In Puerto Rico To Help Coordinate Hurricane Relief

Puerto Rico is still suffering from a lack of food and water more than a week after Hurricane Maria. Amid criticism over relief coordination efforts, the U.S. government appointed a three-star general to lead the response.
