State College police are asking that potential victims and witnesses come forward and turn in any graphic photos and videos related to the investigation of a Penn State fraternity. The university’s chapter of Kappa Delta Rho has been suspended for a year after the discovery of a secret Facebook page with inappropriate pictures.

Members of Penn State's Kappa Delta Rho chapter allegedly posted naked pictures of unconscious or sleeping women in private Facebook groups. State College Assistant Police Chief John Gardner said he didn’t want to go into detail about the pictures, but that they are graphic.

“The images are disturbing, I will tell you that," said Gardner. "I don’t want to get into anything further than that, though.”

Police say they’ve been investigating on this case since January. The Penn State Office of Student Conduct and the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life are also investigating.

Police say there have not yet been any arrests but that charges could include invasion of privacy and harassment.
