In Pennsylvania Sunday political rallies marked the 100 days left until the midterm elections. In Pennsylvania’s 7th District, U.S. House Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries and Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro rallied for Bob Brooks. Down the road, Brooks’ rival, freshman GOP Rep. Ryan Mackenzie, held his own 100-day out event. It's the symbolic start of the campaigns that will determine control of Congress in November.

President Donald Trump visited a Mack Trucks facility in Pennsylvania, for a speech meant to focusing on the economy. Instead, he spent most of the time talking about himself — reliving highlights from his 2024 presidential campaign. Trump toured the facility and addressed a cheering crowd.

Pennsylvania's Senate contest between Democratic incumbent Bob Casey and Republican challenger David McCormick is still too early to call.

AP was able to call Pennsylvania's Senate race because of John Fetterman's strong performance with in-person and absentee votes in Philadelphia and in suburban Delaware County.
