Do you have a young maker who loves to create and explore on their own terms?
Join us for another season of Youth Workshop Hours, where students can learn new skills and use cool tools in woodworking, pottery, 3D printing, and more! Friendly instructors provide insight and guidance for beginners and accomplished makers alike.

This season, we’re excited to offer guided 3D printing and pottery activities as part of our core programming, alongside two rotating activities like laser engraving, jewelry making, or textiles. Every session is packed with opportunities to explore, learn, and create!

Each student must have their own unique account. Adults will not be able to register from their personal accounts.

Important Details: Youth Workshop Hours will be held only on the second Saturday of each month and are available by pre-registration only—walk-ins will not be accepted. Want more youth programming? Discovery Space is a growing science center and makerspace based in State College. Our science center offers interactive STEM exhibits and hands-on programs in a fun learning environment.
