The community is invited to join us as Sarah Sophia, RD, LDN a Nutrition Education Associate for the Central PA Food Bank speaks to our volunteers about nutrition as we age. Our attendees will learn how to create a healthy plate, enjoy some food sampling and win prizes! The event is free but requires a reservation-please call 814-237-8135.
