ShelterFest is Out of the Cold’s annual music festival and fundraiser, bringing together local bands, community partners, and supporters for a powerful day of live music, food, and giving back. Held to raise awareness about homelessness and support the critical shelter and services we provide, ShelterFest is a celebration of community, compassion, and hope—every note played and dollar raised helps us continue our mission to serve individuals experiencing housing insecurity in Centre County.
