Organ Recital
Dr. David Billings will be featured in an organ recital at Grace Lutheran Church (State College, PA) on Sat. June 21 at 3 pm. The program is a tribute to retired Penn State professor Dr. June Miller and her long career of organ teaching and performance.
Dr. Billings is a Penn State alumnus and holds a DMA from the Eastman School of Music.
