Nittany Mineral Society GEODE NIGHT!
In place of the usual monthly meeting of the Nittany Mineralogical Society, and at a special kid-friendly time, Jeff Smith will present Geode Night, a favorite of kids and families. Various geodes will be available for purchase at $5 and up. After you buy one, Jeff will crack it open and you’ll be the first to see the crystals inside. Jeff Smith will also give a presentation on geodes and the Trancas Station geode deposit in Mexico. Details at our website at nittanymineral.org. Minors must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
