When we bring our grief and mourning to nature, it can help decrease our pain in the moment while also helping us heal in the long run. These special Monday’s Moments gatherings have the added healing benefit of nature. They’ll be held at various CRPR parks where we’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and spend some time outdoors.
