Liberty Tree Dedication

Liberty Tree Dedication
Fort Roberdeau to Host Liberty Tree Dedication Ceremony on April 26
A new symbol of freedom takes root at Fort Roberdeau on Saturday, April 26 at 4:00 PM, as the community gathers for a Liberty Tree Dedication Ceremony.
This meaningful event is sponsored by A250PA – Blair County and the Pennsylvania Freemasons in honor of the upcoming 250th Anniversary of the United States (Semiquincentennial).
The Liberty Tree Dedication is part of a larger statewide effort to plant Liberty Trees across the Commonwealth. The goal is to have a Liberty Tree in all sixty-seven (67) Pennsylvania Counties.
The original Liberty Tree in Boston was a gathering place for colonial patriots—today, this ceremonial tree planting reconnects us with that spirit of unity, courage, and independence.
Community members are invited to attend this public outdoor ceremony, which will include a formal dedication and brief remarks by local representatives.
Join us as we dedicate a piece of living history while celebrating a new chapter in our shared American story. Light refreshments available.
