Explore the ways matter combines to create materials with unique properties. Engage in hands-on experiments developed by Mission: Material Science to understand the building blocks of everyday technology. Elemental Engineers is a two-day camp for ages 6-10. Camp will be held each day from 9am-4pm. Extended care allows drop off as early as 8am and pick up as late as 5:30pm.

Discovery Space is a growing science center and makerspace based in State College. Our science center offers interactive STEM exhibits and hands-on programs in a fun learning environment. Our makerspace, The Rivet, helps our community build the skills to make or fix just about anything. Continually seeking to spark curiosity and creativity, we serve everyone from toddlers to seniors.
