Comics, Storytelling, and Sequential Art
On July 29th-August 2nd from 6:30-7:30 PM daily, Brian Middleton (creator of the graphic novel "Poiko: Quests and Stuff," and the comic mini-series, "Wulfborne") teaches kids in grades 3 and up or teenagers the fundamentals of sequential storytelling, and how they apply to comic strips, manga, and graphic novels. Students will begin the course by creating 3-panel comic strips, and end it by creating a multi-page comic story. All skill levels are welcome!
