Chef Zach Lorber is a culinary arts instructor at State College Area High School. He is a certified executive chef with the American Culinary Federation and earned a Masters of Education from Penn State University. Chef Lorber enjoys exploring new cuisines, new ingredients, and helping develop his students into kind humans. In his spare time, he writes a monthly cooking column, "Chefing with Chef" for State College Magazine and enjoys spending time with his family.
