The Bob Perks Cancer Assistance Fund (BPF) is calling all ghosts and goblins to join us for a spooky evening of Halloween karaoke at our 3rd Annual Sing for the Fight fundraiser. BPF is hosting this exciting event on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Shy Bear Brewing in Lewistown, PA. The karaoke fun begins at 6:30 p.m. and will continue until 8:30 p.m. There will be a basket raffle and costume contest, with prizes awarded for Best Men’s and Women’s Costumes. There is no cover charge to attend. All proceeds benefit Mifflin County cancer patients. We hope everyone will attend Sing for the Fight on October 30, 2025 to support our local cancer community.

Since our inception, BPF has raised over 3 million dollars to support local cancer patients to pay essential living expenses. For patients receiving this support, it offers a lifeline to cover many of their basic needs, often preventing eviction and utility shutoffs so they may focus on treatment and recovery.

In 2006, BPF was founded in memory of Bob Perks, a State College native, who passed in 2005 after a long battle with melanoma. The BPF helps ease the financial burden of cancer patients who live in Bedford, Blair, Centre, Clearfield, Huntingdon, Juniata, and Mifflin Counties.
