The 3rd annual Blair County African American Heritage Festival provides a 2-day free event for families and the community by offering to attendees opportunities to enjoy local and regional acts, to purchase and enjoy culturally oriented food and festival food, interact with historical and informational organizations, and to purchase items from local and regional vendors.
