Bellefonte Buskerama brings professional musicians to "busk" in downtown Bellefonte on the final Friday of each seasonable month. Amateurs are welcome to try their luck as well. For July, our musicians are Dusty the Kid (mostly banjo), Nathan Curshall (mostly harmonica), and the duo of Miss Melanie and Jay Vonada (vocals and trombone). The acts perform simultaneously and are positioned along the shady side of South Allegheny Street between the Courthouse and Bishop Street. Come to Bellefonte, wander up and down a block ringing with high-quality music, and help make an enjoyable scene. It's fun, it's free, and it could become a tradition if enough people show up.
