Second APIDA Heritage Festival with an Asian Night Market theme will be fun for the whole family - with food, arts, crafts, performances, and activities for the whole family! The festival is a result of town-gown collaboration between Penn State APIDA Caucus, Community group PanAPIDA Circle, Borough of State College and Paul Robeson Cultural Center.
