Our Annual Ice Cream Fest fundraiser is coming to Downtown State College on Saturday, August 5th from 11am to 3pm!!! We'll be on the 200 block of S. Allen Street near the SC Municipal Building. Sample treats from Pelican’s SnoBalls Bellefonte Pa, Vale Wood Farms, Wegmans State College, Trader Joe's-State College,PA, Ritchey's Dairy, Meyer Dairy Store, Cold Stone Creamery and Sunset Slush Happy Valley! Tickets will be $5 for 5 tickets or $20 for 25 tickets. PLUS, activities for the kids including face painting, balloon animals and a Pinewood Derby. There will be an Ice Cream Eating contest with area High School Football Players sponsored by State College Dairy Queen (310 W Aaron Dr, State College, PA), a live radio broadcast and kids can meet Daniel Tiger from PBS Kids courtesy of WPSU. The first 250 kids will receive a book from Daniel! Don't miss this event! Proceeds will benefit local non-profits and organizations when we distribute our annual grants!
