The Bob Perks Cancer Assistance Fund, a local non-profit organization, is hosting their 14th Annual Rock the 80’s concert on Saturday, February 21st, at 7:00 p.m. at The State Theatre in downtown State College. Attendees enjoy an evening of spectacular local talent performing classic 80’s tunes all while raising money for something that has touched most everyone in some way. The Bob Perks Fund aids local cancer patients who are struggling to pay their basic living expenses while undergoing cancer treatments. This assistance often prevents eviction and utility shut offs. Rock the 80’s has raised over $191,000 in the past 13 years to pay for the urgent expenses of our friends and neighbors in need, so they worry less about unpaid bills and focus their energy on their recovery. So, pop up your collars, break out the hair spray, and join us for a totally rad 80’s night and support your local cancer community on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
