Walgreens Braces For Surge In Demand For Flu Shots

Hospitals and pharmacies are stocking up on flu vaccines in anticipation of a surge in demand for them this season.

The flu can strain the health care system in normal times, so health experts have been sounding the alarm about what it could mean this year amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Here & Now’s Peter O’Dowd speaks with Dr. Kevin Ban, chief medical officer for Walgreens.
