Thousands Of Inmates Voluntarily Fight California Wildfires

About 4,000 incarcerated men and women, part of California’s Conservation Camp, have been working around the clock to control the devastating wildfires in the northern part of the state.

Reporter Ninna Gaensler-Debs (@ninnasays) of KALW spoke with two of the inmates who are trying to contain the Tubbs fire in Santa Rosa.
