Keystone Central School District

Commonwealth University, formerly Bloomsburg, Lock Haven and Mansfield Universities, has signed an agreement with 50 school districts across northern and central Pennsylvania to guarantee high school grads admission, eligibility for merit-based scholarships and on-campus housing for students.
