Pianist Anh Nguyen will present a recital on the UUFCC Young Artist Concert Series on Saturday November 22. Her program will include a Toccata by J.S. Bach, and sonatas by Beethoven and Chopin. Anh has appeared as soloist with the Williamsport Symphony and the Nittany Valley Symphony as the winner of their Young Artist Competitions. She has also won other prizes and awards, including in the Millersville International Piano Competition and the Rosalyn Tureck International Bach Competition. Anh currently studies with Dr. Amy Gustafson and attends St. Joseph's Catholic Academy in Boalsburg. She has chosen The Music Academy in State College as the recipient of donations for her program.
