The Pines are an upcoming band from Blair County who were named 2022 and 2023 Central Pennsylvania Hometown Favorite Musicians/Band and recognized as The Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame’s 2023 Youth Spotlight Winner for original music. They play covers across generations and genres ranging from blues, rock, and pop along with their original music which they’ve been writing and recording this year with the help of Dr. Dave Villani, professor at Penn State University and owner of Data Music Services. With the release of their first debut single, Shoot to Kill, the band is excited to see what the future will bring, hoping to create an impactful music for everyone to enjoy.
