Summer Library Pursuit
Summer Library Pursuit
The Summer Library Pursuit will be your gateway into adventure this summer at the Bellefonte Library, the Centre Hall Area Branch Library, and the Holt Memorial Library in Philipsburg between June 17th and July 27th. It’s a six-week library extravaganza where everyone, no matter their age or ability, can participate in events, activities, goal setting, reading and more. Each week, we will bring participants to a new scene of adventure, from fantasy spaces to your own backyard. Storytimes, book clubs, crafts, reading lists, and more are planned for each week. Unique events–the likes of which you never expected–will also occur at our libraries throughout the program. For example, we have tea parties, trivia nights, mocktail mixing classes and more prepared for you (or your family members) to enjoy. As you participate, learning and having fun as you go, you’ll earn raffle tickets that you can use to enter drawings for prizes. There isn’t a better time than summer to get involved with the library. Lucky for you, you can kickstart your next adventure by registering for the Summer Library Pursuit now!
Visit the Centre County Library & Historical Museum website at https://www.centrecountylibrary.org/slp to learn more and register for the Summer Library Pursuit. If you prefer to sign up at your nearest library, just stop by one of our locations in the next couple of days and let us know you want to register. We can’t wait to see you and share what we have planned!
