The State College Community Land Trust and local partner, the Centre County Housing and Land Trust, are hosting an Open House to celebrate World Community Land Trust Day! Come tour our home for sale at 1021 S. Atherton Street and discover other affordable homeownership and rental opportunities available through our local Community Land Trusts. Our mission is to sustain and grow the vibrancy and diversity of our State College neighborhoods by providing safe and affordable homeownership opportunities. We purchase and renovate homes, then resell to income-qualified buyers. Visit our website, www.scclandtrust.org, to learn more!
