Penn State School of International Affairs and Penn State Law will host Russia's War on Ukraine: Expert Panel Discussion, on Friday, March 4, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m., in the Sutliff Auditorium of the Lewis Katz Building. The event will also be available via Zoom. The panel will include Vice Adm. (Ret.) James W. Houck, interim dean of Penn State Law and the School of International Affairs; The Hon. Mary Beth Long, former assistant secretary of defense for international security affairs and School of International Affairs professor of practice; Dr. Rick Roush, dean of the Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences and steward of 30-year Penn State-Ukraine partnership; and Dr. Catherine Wanner, professor of history, religious studies, and anthropology and area expert on Ukraine and Russia. This event is free and open to the public.
